I received an email from Google checkout that a purchase was made, went to admin panel at NetSol and there is no order from this customer, they did place the product in shopping cart and I see the shopping cart still, they went to Google Checkout and they were charged and payment received. I need an Order through NetSol, what's wrong? I used to get orders and haven't changed anything. I now remember an abandoned cart on May 20 that showed Google Checkout but they didn't show as having paid in Google, they came back the next day and processed through USAEpay. Help, please.

Are you noticing any errors in the Google Checkout Integration Center? (I believe located in Tools >> Integration Console but I'm not 100% sure on that) Check to see if you are getting any errors in Google. Also check to make sure your Google Checkout callback URL is correct (Settings >> Integration)

YES, there are errors in Google, I will send it to you, and I checked settings and they appear correct.

The error is stating that the page cannot be found. Could you submit an order through GoogleCheckout on your site to see if this was cause by the update that is ongoing right now.

I can't do it, Google won't allow me to buy from myself.

Will these orders come through once the maintenance release is complete or do we have to create an order and then change it to payment received? Do you see any errors?

What do the errors mean that were emailed to you?
What do we do if they aren't processing a NetSol order?

These errors were caused by the update. I have verified that GoogleCheckout is working now on a test site that we have in our production environment.

In regards to the orders that were placed, I am not 100% sure if those orders will still come over or not. If possible I would wait and see if they show up tomorrow. If they do... great, otherwise you may have to place an order in the mcp using the payment not required option in BackEnd Order Entry.

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this issue.

I received the NetSol Order too. The admin note said: Merchant callback failed, taxes and shipping may be inaccurate. Thank you for all your help, really appreciate it.
