I am concerned that we are not receiving all of our emails.

I was thrilled when we migrated that the new email system filtered all the spam out of our inbox before we saw it. That saved us a ton of time weeding the good from the bad however I am now realizing that stuff I should be getting is going into the spam file and we are not able to look at our spam file nor are we able to modify our white and black list. I read this in the email manual.

It is very scary to me that we are not able to see what is actually going into our spam folder. I have also heard, from our customer service people, that more customers are complaining that they are not receiving emails from us and we document that we have emailed them several times.

Also, in "replying" to a customer often times it takes their comment, which was perfectly formatted when we get it, and clumps all the sentences together in one, very unreadable, paragraph. I have tried every single setting on the configuration file, and nothing makes it look correctly.

I want to change my MX records so that I can once again, manage my own email and not worry about us not getting all of our emails.

Since I have been reading other posts that say that users are not getting emails from Tech Support regarding open tickets, and neither am I, it seems that there is something going on with the email system. I am wondering how many of our emails are ending up in spam and how can we view these.

Can someone from NS post on the issue of seeing our Spam folder and modifying our White and Black List please?

From what I have heard, there will be a release later in the year for the email product that will have the ability to see the spam folder.

How does that help us now to be able to see ALL of our emails. I hate the fact that I have to look for alternative email solutions just to make sure I am getting my emails. Later this year does not cut it. It needs to be much sooner than that. Emails are a critical portion of our business and we are not getting them.
