I have 3 stores with NetSol. 2 of them migrated to V7 earlier this year and I began having delays in receiving order emails into my Blackberry, ever since that time. The emails come in hours after the order is placed. I ignored it, until today, when my 3rd and busiest store was moved from the MC servers to the Netsol servers. But, now, 4 hours after the transitiion, I still am not receiving order emails from this store onto my Blackberry. All the settings are correct and I can send an email from my Blackberry using the account in question.

This is what Joe said back then, "Right now sending to networks like blackberry can have issues so we are not fully compatible with it. The workaround though as they said is to create an account in webmail. Have this get your emails. Then have that webmail account forward to your blackberry and you should be fine.

Joe"

Can someone treat me like an idiot and explain what this means? Create an account in webmail? What web mail? Net Sol. I'm thinking in circles. Any specific instructions would be appreciated.

Jeanne

Create a gmail or hotmail account and send your order emails to that address. Have the gmail set to forward all mail to your BB. It really works.

I'm moving this post over to the email section of the forums to see if they have a solution to your problems.
