I know I saw some information on setting up email for Outlook somewhere, but can't find it now. What are the settings for incoming and outgoing servers?

Welcome to the forums!

Our email userguide has a link to a set-up Wizard that will configure your Outlook automatically. There is also a link to the instructions for specific POP clients if you'd like to do it manually.
