Now that some of you have been on V7 mail for some time are you happy with the Spam filters?

We had ours filtered in v4 prior to receiving and are thinking of dropping that service if these new V7 ones work.

Any feedback from some of you?

Thx Dave

Ive noticed the filters to be pretty darn good in V.7 We used to get a ton of junk mail with V.4 imail and now we hardly get any....so it's definitely a step up....but that's not to say you still don't need an additional filter...we use Cloudmark to provide additional filtering afterwards....

Thanks James
I read that Tues and so far this am we seem to be doing very well on Spam and so far better than the filter we paid for.

Hey James, quick question:
Are we able to go into the email accounts and block a particular sender? is there a place to add unsafe sender/email addresses in the back end.....

Tks

You could mark them as Spam in the web mail system.
Not sure how many it takes via that method to solve? As help notes regarding that process are
weak.

We try to check mail 1st via web mail and mark any needed as spam prior to letting in house mail import and open them.
