I have my email setup to forward on V4. I am assuming I am still using that server, until I migrate. Do I need to setup forwarding on my new V7 Netsol email account? Since these are completely different email servers we have to reconfigure once we migrate, correct?

working on this now, but I have another question. How on the new version do we forward one email address to multiple emails...

i.e. support@mydomain.com goes to bflack@amadf.com AND cfhome@hotmail.com

You would have to re-setup your forwarding as well as any other settings that you want to keep.

In terms of setting up forwarding and the options for it checkout this page here - http://emailuserguide.com/faq-setup-options.htm#02

Even if they are email addresses on the Netsol server used with the domain name. In my case ABC@sportsdepotinc.com , DEF@sportsdepotinc.com, etc....?

you can have all those (up to 3) sent to one Netsol address... with again the same domain name as well.
