I am working on a website and I was wondering how do I add <frameset> to my website. This is what it is doing. I have a cgi-bin being redirected outside of my website rather than staying on the same page when I click the accept and enter button on one webpage "Search Records" and submit on another webpage ePayment.

My question is how to create the frameset and where do I place it on the Website Builder?

I tired the following and it didn't work:

<head> </head>
<frameset rolls="85,*" border="0" frameborder="0" framespacing="0"> </frameset>
</html> >

and I tired this one too

<frameset framespacing="0" border="0" frameborder="0" rows="85,*">
<frame name="header" scrolling="no" noresize target="main" src="header.html"
style="border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; border-bottom: 0px none rgb(0,0,128)"
marginwidth="0" marginheight="0">
<frameset cols="135,*">
<frame name="main1" src="menubar.html" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"
noresize style="margin-top: 1 pt; margin-bottom: 1 pt" target="_self">
<frame name="main" src="MainFrames.html" scrolling="auto" style="border: 0px none"
noresize marginwidth="1" marginheight="1">
<body style="border: 0px none" bgcolor="#000080" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0">
<p>This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.</p>

Thank you,
