Good read James,

I gotta say though I completely disagree. I mean I get what Guy is saying, but he isn't really 100% accurate on saying "the probability that people will hate working at company with spouses and relatives is 100%." Our company is an exception to this statement and I'm sure there are plenty of other family run operations out there.
