Chat Information Window Collection, How to customize??? Options

I'm trying out the 30 day trial of ChatStat and I have a few questions. Here is my first (rest to follow in separate forum topics):

I'm trying to customize the look of the chat information window screen. I found under Paid Features, the "Edit Conversation and Logo Control Template" and I see where I can change the text on the data field elements but what I want to do is the following:

• Remove "visitor" from the name field,
• Completely remove the "By Department" and "By Operator" fields; not just disable them.
• Change the pop-up window background image and/or colors.

Are any of these possible? If not, I'll just turn off this pre-chat info pop-up but then I don't capture the users name which I really like when chatting.

FYI: I've been a LiverPerson customer for years now and I'm evaluating ChatStat to see how it compares and if I should make the switch.

Please go to

SETTINGS AND PREFERENCES> WEBSITE SETTINGS> SKIP COLLECTION WINDOW> and set it to ON.

It is the fourth option on the list.
