Domain And Server Error Options

I've got my domain (mesofunny.com) and sub-domain (www.mesofunny) both pointing to /htdocs/. Browsing http://www.mesofunny.com/ is fine, but when mesofunny.com is typed in the address bar (rendering http://mesofunny.com/), I get an internal server error.

Both domains are active and pointing to the same folder. I tried reviewing server error logs, but there was nothing helpful. .htaccess rewrite doesn't help either. Anyone have ideas?
