I can't find anything on the NS site about installing a PHP PEAR/PECL module. Is it even possible?

We have the following PEAR modules installed by default on our shared Unix hosting:
  • PEAR-DB (DB.php)
  • PEAR-HTTP (HTTP.php)
  • PEAR-Mail (Mail.php)
  • PEAR-Net_SMTP (Net/SMTP.php)
  • PEAR-Net_Socket (Net/Socket.php)
  • PEAR-XML_Parser (XML/Parser.php)

To use one of these modules (PEAR-Mail in this example), you need to use teh following lin in your code (the appropriate include file would be substituted for other libraries):
include('Mail.php');

To use another module, you would need to upload it and use an include statement with the path to the module you uploaded. Issues with using additional PEAR modules is not covered by our technical support.
