I have seen this on other sites and I really like the feature. How do I or where do I find this feature to install on my site?

Hi dmaxallitech,

You would need to contact Live Person to sign up for their service. Once you have signed up they will provide you with a piece of JS/HTML code that you simply add to your site and then you are good to go.
