Hi All;

I have an employee that has left and I need to remove his email account.

Please can anyone help with this issue, and If I need to add another email instead of his.

Wow, I just registered to this forum and have the same question and now I see no one has answered it for over one year.....I guess I won't be getting much help here....????

I have had the same problem. This is such a basic management function - why are NS making it opaque and difficult? The whole interface for managing the account is not user friendly. Maybe they want to make us pay for their help service.
