Email Activation Issues, Nsmail

Group: Verified NS Member Posts: 2 Joined: 26-January 12 Member No.: 16,392	hey, I purchsed a wordpress hosting package about a week ago and was thrilled i got 10 free email addresses too! Trouble is, I set one up over 48 hours ago now called 'press@soundsofnowmusic.com' and it still wont let me access the mailbox! I've tried logging in with the mail.soundsofnowmusic.com method or by logging in with my account and neither provide me access. How can I get round this and sort the problem so I can read, send and recieve emails?! Thanks for taking your time to help me with my bothersome issue! Chris(16)

Chris(16) I am sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with logging into your webmail. I was not able to replicate any issue with login. I recommend resetting your passwords.
