I have purchased a web hosting option, but no matter how many things I try in the Manage Account interface the mailboxes refuse to activate. I still have no mail for this domain. It has been over 48 hours since my account was activated. I've not got any reply from the help desk. Can anyone here help me, please?

You're not alone. I've the same problem but there is no answer or it's too slow.

Same here. I cannot get my email to activate. It keeps saying that the mail.domain.com does not exist.

Add one more. Email won't activate. I have several email accounts. This one is the first that wouldn't go live. No response yet from NetworkSolutions, albeit it is only 23 hours since my request (almost 48 since creating the mailbox.

Same here. Still having the same problem. Did Network Solutions eventually fix this for you guys? I'm contemplating transferring my domain since this type of issue is not getting resolved.

Wow, I came here to get help with this exact same thing... i've emailed twice, no response for 6 months. still not fixed.

I have had one email address under one company for a couple of years and it was pretty easy to set up. Now I added another company plus an email address - the "help" and set up are no shows!!
