One of my users got a message back when trying to email another user with a network solutions hosted email that said "user is over quota" How can I see if one the my email accounts has reached it's limit from the admin panel?

This is the message she got back so it may not even be a network solutions issue but I want to rule it out.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mailpod.hostingplatform.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
