Does anyone use a customer management program for after sales followup that they can recommend. Originally (about a year ago), I started to research StoneEdge for order and customer management. It was right when they started to announce the rewrite on the shopping cart, so I waited.

Even though we would have to download the orders manually, is StoneEdge still the most recommended?

Are there other Order management, Customer Management programs out there someone is successfully using with V7.
