I'm looking for a full featured web based emailer for my newsletters.

Already tried iContact & Campaigner... Having difficulty staying below their 0.2% spam complaint threshhold. (is it possible to send a newsletter without 2/1000 people hitting the spam button?!!!)
My lists come exclusively from customers opting in during checkout.

Netsol should start an email division as an add on that is fully integrated with the netsol ecommerce. Easy $ for netsol I would think considering the emailers charge more per month than my entire ecommerce site costs.

Constant Contact is a good source.

Constant Contact offers a 60 day trial. You can get the link from our free offers page. The offers are dynamic so you may need to refresh to see them all.

Constant Contact is annoying in respect to their 2% Spam filter. We tried them but it was too difficult. They put us on a double opt in...meaning each individual on our list would need to re-opt in twice to recieve our emails...

So we quit and I have yet to be able to get Constant Contact from spamming me!
I have opted out of their emails and contacted them several times! The continue to email us!

Its a slap in the face -haha

We use Icontact (intelicontact) and have for years. I can't compare them to constant contact in terms of their service but Icontact is less expensive than constant contact.

By the way...for all of you unable to stay withing Constant Contacts 0.2 spam rule.....we can not get them to stop spamming us! Their opt out does not work and after months and several emails we are still recieving their spam.

Just thought some of you might find that funny!
