USAEpay is wonderful and good customer service, seems Bankcard Services of America, Network Solutions and USAEpay all work well and seemlessly together HOWEVER and there is that however, you will be the one that has to ensure that all of your settings are correct, someone can walk you through but be sure to ask questions like If I Check This Box What Happens? If I Don't Check This Box What Will Happen? Particularly in the Fraud Settings, which determines so much about if a credit card is processed through or not and which countries you will accept from...it allows you to do it all, but you have to check all the right boxes. Example I had a problem today with a customer declined apparently putting in wrong CVV code, and my settings won't allow it to process without the code, so when I called about it, I found that I could change that setting so that it would appear to the customer to have gone through but I would be notified that it didn't and that would give me a chance to call the customer before they purchase elsewhere. I did call this customer and they said they went to another store and made a purchase and had no problem with the CVV....so either they were putting it in wrong on my site or the other site didn't require it. FRUSTRATING but at least we know we aren't dealing with stolen credit cards (hopefully).
