Hi

I have a declined order #
The response from the gateway is:

CVV Response: Unavailable
AVS Street Response: Unavailable
AVS Postal Code Response: Unavailable

When I log to Authorize.net I see the following response:

Transaction Status: General Error (Processor error - The merchant account is not configured properly with the Credit Card Processor. Contact merchant service provider for resolution.)

Help Please
