I just found out that BankCard Central had some error in their processing and charged some transactions, perhaps all on June 20???, twice and that those charges will be reversed tonight.
I had a customer call and say we charged him twice and I was saying over and over that we didn't and then, after hours of trying to get to the bottom of it, found out from BankCard Central that they had this double-charging issue.
BankCard Central is going to get back to me with more information, but I thought I'd pass this along so anyone else who's using them won't be arguing with their customers about not having charged them twice!!!!
My poor customer was overdrawn on his debit account as a result, so I'm sure this is going to be a long process of BankCard Central making things right.
