We recently switched processors and in the process, we got a letter from the new processor stating that since we allowed billing addresses in these "OFAC" countries, they would hold all of our funds until we were in compliance. The countries are those that are known to have association with terrorism. If I understand correctly, we can't single out countries in our billing options. But it seems to me that these countries shouldn't even appear on the list at all since we have government imposed sanctions against them. Has anybody else heard of this from their processor?
