Hi,
I use usaEpay and the fraud settings is set to approve orders that
Lately we get a lot of declined orders on the cart due to billing address (I beleive that these are the Bank Checking cards) see example:
$139.45 Authorize Error 4/7/09 11:17 PM 00034 Your billing information does not match your credit card. Please check with your bank.
These orders are authorized on the gateway but declined by the cart?
How do you deeal with these orders? Do you leave them alone? Is my setting is correct? Do you relax the settings and take a closer look at the large orders?
My fraud setting is to accept the following orders: YYY Address: Match & 5 Digit Zip: Match YYX Address: Match & 9 Digit Zip: Match NYZ Address: No Match & 5 Digit Zip: Match NYW Address: No Match & 9 Digit Zip: Match YNA Address: Match & 5 Digit Zip: No Match
Is the only way to get the cart to approve these cards is to accepts also these orders: NNN Address: No Match & 5 Digit Zip: No Match

Same here One lady yesterday did 6 for $91.28 each, all said billing does not match, bank said it does, Another 3 times for $105.65 each same message and bank said it matches??
All got autho numbers BUT " Your billing information does not match your credit card. Please check with your bank.
"00034" (the error you referenced above) "Your billing information does not match your credit card. Please check with your bank." "AVS Response fraud module blocked this transaction."
Your ePay AVS settings blocked that transaction, so you might want to call them to see if they can help you figure out why it was blocked.

Thanks, I called usaEpay and this time I was lucky I got a wonderfull rep on the line that figured it in one minute: The following 2 settings had to be checked:
XXU Address Information not verified for domestic transaction NA No AVS response (Typically no AVS data sent or swiped transaction)
You don't know how many times I spoke with them so thanks for the encouragement to call again!
