I've been unable to log into my PayPal account for the last 10 minutes. Anyone else have this problem? I can't even access the PP contact page. The log in page loads but nothing else will.

It came back up about 10 min ago, after someone tried to use PP to order with PP and failed 3 times...

It shows orders are getting declined but we are receiving payments.
Something is wrong with NS.

Check your pay pal payments, some of our orders that show as declined in the control panel actually went through PayPal. I ended up having to refund most of them because the customers went and ordered elsewhere.
