As Tim said previously, there are currently no changes required to your account in order to continue using Payflow Pro. If that changes at some point in the future (highly unlikely) then you will be notified in some manner as to what those instructions are.
We work directly with PayPal on stuff like this because we are a SaaS platform. It's important to note that you don't actually configure any URLs or anything within the MCP anyways.
