Hi,
We use Paypal Payflow Pro and migrated to V.7 about 10 days ago.

Every Single order we get, has a partial AVS match. The zip code is a match on all, but the address is a mismatch on every single order. I called my account manager at Paypal we reviewed some of the orders with their techs and they say its on Netsol side. In V.4 we never had this problem, so something is diff in V.7 and hence we're getting the Address mismatch on every order. Luckily orders are still approved and we process them anyway but i'd like to get this addressed.

Much Appreciated,
Msuz.

Anyone at Netsol read this yet? Can you at least let me know someone is looking into it?

Tks

We have looked into this and we are sending the address over to PayPal. Are they stating that they do not receive the address at all or are they stating that the address is incorrect? Since we are sending this over I don't see how there would be a mismatch on every order and this would seem to be more of a widespread issue. I haven't heard about anyone else having problems regarding this.

Eddie, go to my Orders-Shipped and take a look at the last 10-20 orders you will see every single one has No Match for AVS Street address....except for a couple of google checkout orders. Every Single Paypal payflow pro order has a no match on the street. Is it possible for your integration specialist to chat with Paypal to figure out where the error is?

I have noticed the same issue lately with the paypal payment flow pro that some of the orders have the address verification issue. When I processed some of them directly using the virtual terminal option available everything matched ok and the payments processed without an issue.

Could you please log in to your Payflow Pro account and check in there to see if you are getting a mismatch. We have verified that we are sending all valid information over to them so if the order is showing up with an address mismatch, that is coming from PayPal and you would need to contact them as we are just relaying the information back from what they send us.

I also noticed that all the orders I checked seemed to be business credit cards, which makes me wonder if there is a mismatch that PayPal may be showing due to that.

Finally, I would check to see if there is a way to turn off the street verification on PayPals end. If this is turned off there could be a possibility that they are not returning an address to us, which will in turn cause us to throw a mismatch for the order.

The reason this was not brought up in v4 is because this information wasn't displayed on the order in v4.

You are correct most orders are business credit cards however when we run the cards directly in ppal virtual terminal we don't have this problem and we get a street address match. With lends me to believe its got something to do with the way you guys and ppal payflow pro are communicating with one another.

Is is not possible for an integration specialist to chat with ppal and go thru some of my account transactions to figure this out?

You say when you run it in their terminal that it works fine, how about for the orders coming from our site? Are those showing any problems in the paypal account? If they are showing up as invalid, in the payflow account, then it is an error that PayPal is returning to us and you would need to contact them to find out why they are returning it as invalid.

PayPal will not give us any information regarding your account so we will not be able to contact them to straighten this out. We have tried this in the past and they will require you to call in to contact them.

We were able to go through their documentation and find out that they were looking for a different name type for the address than what we were sending. This will be fixed in 7.3.3.

When is this new cart update scheduled because we have had problems processing payments on our site as a result of this address verfication issue.

I would think if this is an issue with payment processing it would be addressed as soon as possible.

Hey EQ,

I was told the release is scheduled for 10/25. But could get done sooner if there are any bug updates being done earlier...

The date is not set in stone just yet. In regards to this issue, there are no problems with payments being declined. This is basically a display issue and isn't a high priority to fix. We are fixing the payflow pro issue with the address mismatch in the 7.3.3 release.

If you are having other problems outside of this issue please give us more specifics so we can look into it.
