We are changing our merchant service provider and the only compatable gateway they offer (they offer 3) is Plugandpay.

Any experiences with this gateway w/vs7?

We are just nervous after reading the posts of others having so many compatibilty issues with gateways that aren't integrating properly.

we use it, it has worked very well for us over the years. (IMG:http://forums.networksolutions.com/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

With the big migration, the only problem we have right now is multiple emails being sent to customers (one from network solutions and one from plugnpay), or worse yet, for declined orders customers get 'bad card' emails. plugnpay claims that this is caused by info that Net Sol sends to them through the API.

Sometimes if customers get trigger happy multiple orders go through. but i think that's more net sol's fault, since there's no code preventing multiple clicks on the order button.

AVS checking gift cards is also a problem, but i imagine that would be the same with any gateway.

customer service responds to emails quickly too. i like them.
