I have been poking around looking for anyone else having this issue... We have had at least $1500 in lost sales due to some sort of "outage" with USAepay, and we find this unacceptable. Does anyone else use this service? Are you finding the same outages or is your service uninterrupted as far as you know? If uninterrupted, how often do you make a sale?

I've not noticed or seen any issues with epay myself. The type of business I'm in only gets us 1 to 10 orders per day so if the issue is intermittent I wouldn't notice.
