I suspect I know the answer, but here it goes anyway..

I have different prices for wholesale customers which I would like to input to my site in order to be able to let them place their orders on line. (Currently, they must call in, and we have a separate price sheet.) The price level functionality seems to be just what we need, except that most of my products have personalizations and I have surcharges for certain options. There is different wholesale pricing on the surcharges as well as the base price, but I don't think the price level functionality will allow me to customize prices on the personalizations. Is there any way to have different levels for the personalization surcharges?
