We seem to be having a lot of trouble with the admin order entry panel. When a customer's credit card declines, we cannot enter a new credit card without the system having an error.

If we try to clone the order to enter a new credit card, the system states the order already exists in the database.

What do we do in the event a credit card comes up declined?
