I read several of the posts but I am unclear about whether it is possible to send an email with a gift certificate that actually looks like a gift certificate rather than just text in an email.

My first preference would be a gift certificate that could be printed separately from a confirmation email so that someone could buy it as a gift and then print something that could be folded and placed in a card.

I don't think that is possible so my second preference is that I can include a graphic within the email so that it looks like something "givable" and not just a line item on the receipt.

Finally, how are you dressing up gift certificates? Can I see your examples or coding samples? Do you have any other suggestions that might be helpful?

I'd like to add these for the holidays so I figure that I have about 2 weeks to get this ironed out.

I have also read and searched but am unclear if GC are customizable. What would be neat is if I could make more than 1 status change email and attach it to a product. Then if there were NS Scripts that I could put in that would draw say the PIN for a particular order number, that would be awesome. But I still don't know if any of it is possible. Any one else have ideas?

Can one of the NS guys shed some light on this please?
