How Do I Auto Ftp Files To Ecom Site?, Using ftp program to auto ftp at certain time of night

Say at 1am in the morning? I know how to use these programs to schedule an ftp but I can't find any info on how to automatically login to my account and transfer the file. Thanks in advance, Case
