I have not tried this in a long time, but...I have MS Outlook 2003. If I want to send an e-mail I just click on the "NEW" mail message icon and it opens a blank e-mail. If you go to the body of the e-mail and right click, you should be shown an option to "VIEW SOURCE" From here you should be able to insert the HTML you want.
CODE
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
   <HTML><HEAD>
   <META content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" http-equiv=Content-Type>
   <META name=GENERATOR content="MSHTML 8.00.6001.18904"></HEAD>
   <BODY>(put html from web page here)
   <DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT>&nbsp;</DIV></BODY></HTML>

I am confused - I thought you were trying to email some specific HTML to some people you know.

If you are trying to send an email in HTML format to your mailing list - that is a completely different issue.

Just a few points - unless you are only sending to a verifiable opt in list and provide a specific opt out link - you can be liable for spamming. My advice is to sign up for an opt in email/newsletter system like "constant contact" or "icontact"

Sorry, I completely misinterpreted your intentions with the email.

Best of luck with it.
