Netsol,

We just migrated from v4 to v7. Customers are not receiving a new order confirmation email/receipt. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Hi no1flagent,

You will need to post this question on forums.monstersmallbusiness.com or contact our support team as this forum cannot help you with migration questions. Best thing I can recommend is to check Sales >> Order Statuses and make sure you have your orders set to email out to your customer as well as verify your settings in Operations >> Settings.
