Customer just called in...quoted shipping rates were like $150 for less than 20 pounds. I checked the product's weight and everything looks fine.

It looks like it is just this product, but sales have slumped the last week, so I am worried more products are affected.

What in the world is going on?

I checked it out and I got a shipping quote of $144. Maybe your saying something! Sales has dropped drastically for us as well and customers were complaining on our shipping charges. (cant say as high as yours). I also think on our end is, our site is really slow I guess I will have to go with the higher bandwidth package.

Can you specify what shipping carrier was quoting those rates?

I tested it with 12 of the product you mentioned and was quoted by FedEx Ground $8.60, Priority Overnight was only $56.60, the only one close to what you were quoted was USPS Express which was $106.05.
