I've read through the thread from a few weeks ago but am still confused on how I set up different shipping configurations.

I'm on the standard Ecomm. I have two locations that I ship from and I've set up both warehouses in the EComm control panel.

For items shipping from Warehouse A, I want to set up flat rate USPS $4.99 shipping regardless of quantity. (These are small items)

For items shipping from Warehouse B, I want to use only UPS shipping since that is how they ship.

Chances of someone ordering items from both warehouses on a single cart: very, very slim.

I've configured my products based on which warehouse they ship from.
I've set up the two warehouses
I've set up my UPS account
I've set up my Custom Shipping for USPS Flat Rate $4.99

What I can't figure out is where I tell the software that all product shipping from Warehouse A is to use USPS only and all product shipping from Warehouse B is to use UPS only.

Please advise.

It would be great if in the control panel on the Advanced Product information tab we could select which options we would like to apply to any product such as: shipping warehouse (this one should even be able to calculate the rate from that location), special handling fees, special instructions, "custom use" etc.
