Ok we are not getting ANY emails - we are not getting Google orders in through the system.
Our website is painfully slow!

And I have now been on hold for 20 minutes!

Same Here. I was on the phone today all morning. I hope they will have a solution for me.

webmail is down too. akk. please NetSol get it going as fast as you can!

A response to the Google issue would be nice.....

Any dang response or less than 30 minutes on hold would be even better

We had this same thing happen to us last night around 10pm.

We had 3 orders through our store and 1 through google checkout that we did not get emails for.

And i have another question, if this does gets fixed, will those emails get pushed through or just lost? I want to make sure my cust. service reps keep an eye on it, if they will come through at some point.
