I recently renewed my SSL (a painstaking process by the way....) and last night I got an email saying my SSL Validation was complete. Well, then I noticed everytime I tried to log in to my control panel it was forcing me to go to my shared SSL address (02af770.netsolstores.com) and saying we had an SSL mismatch (it also stated the SSL was issued to my domain, store.verticalurge.com, which is correct). It's Friday, and nobody in tech support can help me. I'm staring down losing an entire weekends sales not to mention future customers. I am irate right now.

All I want is tech support to put me back on the shared SSL until Monday when we can get this fixed but guess what - the weekend tech support guy can't even do that.

Is there anyway one of the mod's can help me with this asap?

Let me see if I can help you out. Give me a few minutes.

Update: I've escalated this as an emergency. Should be resolved shortly.

Thanks-

Chris

It seems like (from my end, anyway) that the main issue I'm having is that every time I got to Operations>Settings>Security and try to switch from Network Solutions SSL to my own SSL (which is currently installed) and save, it won't save. It keeps reverting back to the Network Solutions SSL everytime on it's own. Is that normal?

Seems to be working fine, thanks Chris. Glad that's over.
