I was just told that it was a server issue and that they are rebooting my server. Should be back within 20 minutes was the response I got.

I called into tech support about 15 minutes ago. I was assured someone is looking into it.

I will be honest and say that we have heard this many times before and it takes another phone call or two to really get someone on the issue. MC had a great ticketing process. You call in and you never know if it is being worked on or not.

I just don't get it.

We are down. www.magnifiercity.com

Been on hold for 20 minutes. This is kind of a catch 22 in that Admin has posted that posting in the forums is not a good way to alert them of a site down, but I really have better things to do with my time than listen to their music on hold for long periods.

Alternatives Network Solutions®?

We all tried this months ago and obviously no action was taken. Not even a credit for loss of sales and service. I honestly think any chance of fixing things with NS is to go outside Network Solutions®. While they always are nice and courteous it has gotten this problem nowhere.

Website is down again. This is completely unacceptable.
What's the deal NS? Can you not just have a stable reliable software on good servers?

Does anyone know who is the top executive for the ecom platform? Who is accountable for this mess? Who goes to Roy Dunbar and says we just can't seem to get this right.

I would be curious to get their take. Is this acceptable? We all know (from previous post) that some feel putting out new releases riddled with site crippling bugs is acceptable because it is just too complicated to de-bug them. Of course it is complicated. Of course it is hard work.
