I guess the servers are down. I am having the same problems you are and I also experienced constant busy signals when calling in.

Some customers are currently experiencing an email outage. We are aware of the issue, and working to resolve it. You do not need to stay on the line to report the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What's happening to the undeliverable emails? And are the senders receiving "Failed to deliver" messages?
Thx.

Emails will either be delivered to the mailbox when the issue is resolved or the email will bounce back to sending server. Not all sending servers send a bounce back message when an email is not delivered. The sender would need to contact their SMTP server host to find out if they will receive a bounce back notification. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

This is completely unacceptable. We moved to Network Solutions because of their promise of reliability and customer support. You can't even get through to support due to a busy line signal. I understand that technical problems arise, but you people need to do a better job of keeping your paying customers in-the-loop. We can't operate our business without email. This is more than an aggravation or inconvenience; this is business.

We are having massive issues sending and receiving emails today; IMAP continuously timing out, emails not being sent out and receiving email 2 hours late.

Where is the best place for me to go for status on all issues? I would have though the admin console would have alerted me that NS knows email servers are having issues.

I came to the forums and saw this post to check the Blog. Is the Blog where I should ALWAYS go to check on an issue before reporting it?

Is it that people can not receive emails or has the system been hacked and this has reset passwords to access email accounts? I asked because all my accounts that forward to my main account work. Unfortunately, my password has been reset and it will not accept a reset from me...

Any updates? Our email has been mostly out since mid-am (around 10:15 AM Eastern) yesterday. As I write this, we are still unable to properly connect for authentication of outgoing mail and delivery of incoming mail is still sporadic and unpredictable. Another real update is in order...please?

I apologize for any issues you may be experiencing with your email. Our system administrators have taken some mail servers down temporarily for maintenance and they came back up around 4 am. Mail that was sent during this time will be available for you to view when your mailbox is available again. We are continuing to receive reports of POP latency and failures to connect to server, but webmail appears to be working at this time.

Passwords have not been reset and nothing has been hacked. There was an issue with logging in with the correct password and latency changing passwords. If you reset your password, try logging into webmail with the new password.
