I am sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with your email. I recommend checking your domain's DNS to make sure that it is pointing correctly. You can call Network Solutions support 24/7 for immediate assistance or submit a request online through your account manager.

I replied to your service requests. If you are having an issue seeing webmail from your location, I recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider. I was unable to replicate any issues.

Hello, i received your email yesterday and answered it, but i don´t know if you recive this reply .

Otherwise, i can access to my accounts with mi home conection (it´s a different ISP provider than my office) I suppose not all ISP´s has their DNS changed at same time.
So, do you know how much time takes for all he ISP´s have the right DNS to our page after a host change like this? Today, almost 48hr after the change i can not even connect from my office.

Thanks.

You will need to contact your local ISP to find out what their policy is. When I had the same issue, my local ISP stated that they do not cache websites. They stated that after 72 hours they could open a service request. The site was visable in 72 hours. You cannot reply to the email I sent from the system.
