NS, any updates on fixing this problem with the email server? Is there a way to see everything going to any salus account that is being filtered as junk?

Hey Todd,

Your issue looks like it has gotten as much attention from NS as mine from October 18th.

I've since "moved on" to another service.

I cannot believe more people are not in an up roar. It's easy to miss with no junk folder to review and no bounce backs. Critical emails are being filtered out left and right and it's tough to track it. Who did you go with? Email is my entire business. NS is killing me. I just woke up, prayed to God they fixed it. Then sent an email to my hotmail from salus and vise versa and neither email came through. No bounce back. Nothing. Just disappeared into never never land.

NS is one of the biggest companies out there. How can it be that their engineers cannot fix this?? It's so depressing I want to cry. todd_mckenzie99@hotmail.com

Well it's been 7 days now... NS still has not fixed the problem with the spam filters. Critical emails for my business are not getting through. I did a test this morning. I sent an email from Salus to Hotmail and vice versa. Neither came through. The damage that has been done in the last 7 days cannot even be added up. I have lots so many sales.

Why can we not see these junk folders? Where are my emails going? Why wont you guys fix this? I am now leaving NS. I wish I would have Monday but I had faith they could fix this. After all they are one of the biggest. If their engineers cannot figure this out who can? The most frustrating thing about big companies is that you get zero help. You have to explain your problem over and over to a new customer serivce rep every time you call in. It's awful.

I just don't get it. How can you guys not know how to fix this after 7 days.

I am sure more people would be complaining on this server if you made it easier to figure out how to post a message. It took a call to customer service to figure out how to create a stupid log in.

PLEASE FIX THIS GUYS! COME ON. THIS IS CRAZY.

You might want to consider gmail for your domain (keep the @yourdomain.com address):

http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/group/index.html

The free version is good if you only have a few emailboxes - and the upgrade to the "Premier" version is reasonably priced.

The switch should only take a few hours if you are familiar with DNS changes (you can keep you website as-is and just change your MX records to redirect email to gmail.

Also gmail for domains works great on the iphone - and even has "push" email. I've been using it for a while on about five of my domains.

1) GOOD GRIEF it was hard to figure out how to register to post in there Forums !! .... It took me almost TWO DAYS!!

2) OK, this e-mail problem is a DISASTER. I have a small environmental consulting business I started 9 months ago. I would much rather lose my telephone than my e-mail, but the worst part is that the sender has no idea I never received his e-mail!! He gets no bounce-back, he just believes I am ignoring him.

My staff has been complaining for about two weeks about missing e-mails from their friends or spouses, but I believed that e-mail was all or none and we are getting some e-mail.

I must say I am EXTREMELY disappointed that this problem has occurred and that fixing it seems to be uncertain. And what about all my client's e-mails that never reached me, are they being stored somewhere??? Will I ever see them ??

As I told the NS person on the telephone: "I'd rather have 1,000 Viagra e-mails sent to me to avoid missing one legit client e-mail asking for my services."

I would like to decide what is Spam and what is legit.

Guys after this, I'm 99% certain I'm moving my hosting and e-mail somewhere else.
