We are aware of the issue and working to have the server reputations cleared. Please help by securing all mailbox passwords to prevent spamming from our servers.

Laurie004:

We are still locked, with other providers that solved it in no later than one day.
Because this did not happen before, our passwords are strong, if a customer has weak passwords can not be affected other clients.

There is no final solution to the various problems reported by other forum users.

Our businesses are being affected by the bad service, if this can not be solved after more than a week, we can expect?
We are bound, the solution is on your side. What explanation I can give to my boss and users, my job is at risk.

We have been quickly removed from reputable blacklists. Some blacklists require a fee to be removed and will quickly relist you again. We have taken actions to quickly suspend mailboxes sending spam. I recommend contacting recipients who use lists that have our IP blocked and ask if they can white list your domain.

Laurie004:

Still the NS server is blacklisted. I keep blocking the emails. I can not tell all my customers who place their whitelists domain.
For delay the withdrawal of the blacklist, it is true that they are solving the problem, because they are already 6 days I have reported this problem and still no solution.
