I haven't changed any settings (I use Outlook 2003) and I'm getting random emails, not in sequence. I've not gotten emails sent to me 2 days ago, and I am getting emails from some accounts not others (I have 4). Any ideas?

Jamie

I ran a script to clear out errors on your email boxes.
Are you still experiencing the issue?

Hi Duane,

Sorry for MY delay LOL. I was out of town.

Yes, we're still having delays, with emails back and forth to each other, sent from NetSol email addresses. It's strange, because we are both having the problems.

I am getting all of the emails from customers just fine it seems, it seems it's an issue between the two of us that we're having. Neither of us changed anything, but we're getting failures and delays sending back and forth.

If you have any other suggestions, I'm all ears! Thanks for your help so far!

Are you using POP3? If so, confirm the incoming mail server is mail.yourdomain.com and the outgoing mail server is smtp.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with the actual domain)
If you're using your ISP's mail server, it could be the cause of the delay.

Please let me know if that helps.

The problem is, these emails have worked fine for a year, I have the settings is as you described. No settings were changed at all, we didn't do a thing to any of them. Then suddenly they don't work. Now yesterday, I didn't get an email receipt of an order we received in the afternoon.

It's frustrating, we are getting email delays back and forth to each other, emails coming over a day later. We have no way to know if our customers are getting the emails we're sending, and we also have no idea if we're getting emails that are being sent to us.

I've logged into the webmail separate from Outlook, and those appear empty, so I'm not sure what the problem is, or where.

I have been having the same issues with emails, some are coming in and other are not. I have been missing some pretty important emails from people and then all of a sudden I will get one random email. Something is not right and I think it started around April 20-21.

I get the order emails, get emails from other people but then all of a sudden it will drop emails for a period of time.
