Been having problems for a week now. I submitted a support ticket and received a message that they would respond in 24 hours. 72 hours later they called after business hours and left a message at our office. I immediately returned the call and waited for 20 minutes to speak to a representative, "Anthony," who abruptly hung up on me because I had started to give up on them, and shut down my CPU so I didn't have my reference number (which I had already entered into their automated system).
This is the third time in a year that I've had problems with incoming email disappearing and no resolution from this joke of a company. I'm moving everything to HostGator ASAP.
NS has to have had the worst customer service and support record of any vendor I've ever used. I think I'd rather deal with GoDaddy than these clowns.
We have found they dont really care about our email service. Customer service is a major joke as well as their response time to gixing this problem. We had our service down for months like this... they blamed our isp our computers our users. never admitted it was their fault until they fixed it... wonder how long it will stay down this time.
