"matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending"

Is the message our server sends if the email was filtered for looking like spam. We can white list the sending domain to your domain. You will need to contact support to request white listing.

FYI, we have been transacting with this company many years, so I'm not sure why now then it is being declared as a spam.

I do notice that emails with @xxx.com.sg tends to be bounced back with ... spam message and this happens since early October this year.

Something is incorrectly set somewhere. Can you look into it as we have series of such cases, and we cannot be calling your end everyday to request them as white list. Only if I'm lucky, I can get through the line after holding easily for more than 30 minutes.

Please look into this matter.

The timing would coincide with the new spam filter. The old spam filter worked differently, so emails missed by the old could be picked up by the new filter. The sender needs to investigate why their emails look like spam to prevent having issues sending to many companies. We can white list the emails to your domain, but they will still have issues sending to other email providers. You can open an online support request through the account manager to request white listing easily. The old filter would have just deleted the email and never notified the sender. The old filter required us to request delisting from a third party and we were not able to white list for anyone.

This one says that the senders IP 173.0.129.15 address is listed on the interland.com RBL (Real-Time Blackhole List) list. The listing is to be removed on 12-10-12 but they could be relisted again and for a longer time if they continue to send spam.

Start Date: 2012-11-15 22:00:47
End Date: 2012-11-20 22:00:47
Reason: Too Much Spam - Match helo string
Length: 5 day(s)

Start Date: 2012-11-30 07:15:34
End Date: 2012-12-10 07:15:34
Reason: Too Much Spam - Match helo string
Length: 10 day(s)

How did your IP or Domain ended up as black listed in an RBL?
Several reasons this can happen. Viruses, spywares, Trojans can also be causing a workstation on your network to send out spam e-mails. If your company sends out bulk e-mails such as newsletters or mass e-mailings of some sort then chances are one of these e-mails may have been reported to the RBL by someone who thought it was a spam. Some of the RBLS services also work with ISPs and setup automatic probes to detect mass mailings and where it is originating from and this can also trigger a red flag that can have your IP black listed.

I really need this fixed. This type of problem has been going off and on for too long. We are a healthcare faciity and cannot have our emails continually lost, non-delivered, or kickbacked. I have open support tickets and have not received ANY reponse other than an automated "your request has been received".

I clicked on the link in the message below and tried to search the servers IP address. I got this error "Unable to connect to SQL server". I recommend checking the link to see if the IP address is still blocked and request the recipient white list your domain.

That IP address you searched is an incoming IP and does not send emails.

I recommend looking at your local external IP's. Like .233.86 and .193.9 - the begining is cut off of the IP's. You will need to lookup your IP on a site like http://whatismyip.org .

Please open a support request or call support to request white listing of domains who's emails look spammy. The forum is for information only.

Hi Laurie,

We have been getting hit with NDR's since the spam filter change and we've been receiving a flood more spam messages as well. However, the reason for this note is because I was able to send a customer an e-mail last week (Thursday) and this week, trying to reply to a comment from my e-mail last week, we're now blocked. Please help!

The original message was received at Mon, 10 Dec 2012 11:07:53 -0500

Yes, please provide whilte list solution as we cannot be sending whilte list everyday by calling in.
Now, we have problem even for internal email under the same domain name, no bounce message but the other parties just do not receive the emails. I have requested via calling Network Support about declaring my internal email accounts as white list
and now I'm still having this issue today.

Next, I have 2 errors with host not found bounced emails from 2 colleagues of mine.

I am sorry that you are having issue with email. Please open a support request through your account manager. I am unable to take support request from a forum post. It would take the same amount of time to open a support request through your account manager as posting to the forum. We are working on adding the ability to webmail, but this will take time.

We're getting bounces from customers and partners again. I've been checking the IP addresses used for a few of our emails and for a week or two they were listed only on two or three of the "Chinese" black list aggregators. Today, one of them is on several (209.17.115.53). See below.

What is Network Solutions doing to be proactive about this? What is the root cause?

A few others in this block of IPs, e.g. .43, are listed as well.

We are increasing suspensions and encouraging all of our customers to secure their passwords. When you call support, a message directs customers to the forum to see the post about securing your passwords. We have changed account manager to give a message about setting a secure password and increased the requirements. If customers do not update their passwords we will have to change them on the server.

205.178.146.50 is being blocked by CASA-CBL and CASA-CBLPLUS. This is now the 8th time being blocked by CASA in the last 4 months. Will it ever end?

When our 5 organizations decided to go with Network Solutions, it was because of name recognition and was a brand you assumed you could trust. We have 5 domains, 15 nsMail accounts plus hosting with Network Solutions and it was the worst mistake I ever made. We have had nothing but problems sending and receiving client emails during the past 3 months. I have filed several support tickets asking for IP's to be whitelisted, etc. and these have all gone completely unanswered.

When a client can't get through to us for whatever reason, it makes us look foolish but, in the end, when we explain to our 800+ global customers that these problems are due to issues with Network Solutions, who will it end up hurting in the long run? You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

I started putting plans in place to leave Network Solutions for good this morning after I received an email from our VP that 3 important emails never got through. Again.
