We've Been a client for nearly 7 years now.
Once a year we have a big issue. This year is unprecedented.
I've been reading the forums and listening to technical issues for a long time. The new servers and URL put into place to aleviate this issue is making it more frequent. Below are a slough of messages I've been getting. If we take our server mail.savingshippingusa.com 205.178.146.50 and look at black lists we are not listed on them.
But then we are getting thse bounce backs and it would appear it is from all of your new atl4mhob13.myregisteredsite.com
or anything coming from myregisterdsite.com servers. My opinion in watching all of this happen over the years is that you have many direct e-mail marketing firms that subscribe to your e-mail services. We, an international shippiing company, probably have the unfortunate luck of being on a server with these people who probably get blacklisted constantly. Now you have put a series of relay servers in place that can't even stay off the China Anti-Spam Alliance for more than a week at a time.

Our issue today is with SPAMCOP. Most of these rejections are replies to e-mails we have already received. It is getting worse by the hour. When we miss e-mails we miss shipments, customs clearances, releases, pickups. Not the usual theoretical "Loss of Business" that "Advertisers" complain about. We get real penalites from Customs Departments from countries, Storage piled up as our releases don't go through.

This has to stop.

We are having several customers reporting our server IP's being listed on different blacklists. To request the removal the blacklists are asking that we provide the NDR: non-delivery reports. Please post all the bounce backs here that include the blacklist URL and server IP blocked.

QUOTE (Laurie004 @ Nov 14 2012, 01:24 PM) *
We are having several customers reporting our server IP's being listed on different blacklists. To request the removal the blacklists are asking that we provide the NDR: non-delivery reports. Please post all the bounce backs here that include the blacklist URL and server IP blocked.

Please see below for 3 NDRs from SPAMCOP rejected from our Network Solutions domain (MX from your servers registered to web.com). The Net Sol domain is giannipetoyan.com. Please get us off Spamcop blacklist! This Network Solutions customer has already been through a lot of trouble from the last 3 weeks and they are getting very frustrated. Thank you!

I have about another half-dozen or so similar reports, all involve spamcop and the same IP root (209.17.115, ending in .43, .44, .48) starting from about 2pm Central up until about 10 minutes ago.

We to are still getting denials from SPAMCOP on the same accounts we did yesterday.

PLEASE DO NOT TELL US that you are waiting the 23 hour Automated De-Listing process that SPAMCOP uses to resolve this issue. This started in the AFternoon yesterday. I can't afford another WHOLE DAY waiting for Automated De-Listing. Please have your engineers make an attempt to get de-listed sooner! This IP belongs to a shared server controlled by web.com. Spammers have infiltrated their network and are using it to send huge volumes of spam to our users and traps.

From one of the sites blocking my emails...

Only the network administrators can fix this issue and that is who you should be contacting about this. Last night I thought they had it fixed and I delisted the IPs, only to get hammered with spam within an hour.
I'm still seeing spam from this IP as little as three seconds ago.

My job is to warn my customers what IP addresses are actively sending spam. They decide whether to accept mail from that IP address or not and whether to whitelist specific addresses or domains using that IP.

This really is up to your mail host to resolve.
