ditto on that. Our staff has reported that sending and receiving through outlook takes forever. I too see this. When going online to webmail, it errors out. I get the following.

the problem is that NS webmail or outlook - only has 50k(+-)upload or download speed - if your staff had large attachments ---FORGET about IT!!!! it's sooo slow. THEY need to do something about it!!!

oops....i made a mistake it's 27kb to 30kb NS upload and download speed. !!! NS needs to upgrade the bandwidth

They were having major latency issues which was confirmed when i called them. It was resolved late yesterday and everything is fine for us as of this morning.

we still see a problem....between 11:00am -5:00pm
high usage -global
