Hello again,
We have changed our meta description and meta keywords for our site. I changed it under

Home --> Operations --> Settings --> SEO

When I view the source code, it still shows the old description and keywords. Am I changing this info in the wrong place?

What page are you looking at? Some pages have their own SEO settings which override the default when set.

The default META keywords and descriptions are overwritten on the homepage if you go to Pages >> Predefined Pages and edit the home predefined page.

Being overridden by your homepage specific SEO settings in Pages > Predefined pages > Home. The SEO settings on the operations tab are just the defaults for pages that don't have their own defined. Since you have defined SEO settings for your home page, it is using those.
