Hi Jim,

Have you called the direct number for Ecom support (in my sig)? If not I would do that as we can help you get it setup. The biggest thing though with PayPal, is we can only tell you what settings you need to setup and have that all documented, and a lot of the times if you do call paypal we have seen that they say you have everything right, but really that is not the case. In the most extreme cases we have had to ask clients for their paypal login info - and actually login and set up the settings properly.

Some notes, make sure you have either a Premier Account (needed to use PayPal Express) or a Business Account (needed if you want to use PayPal Direct Payment and Express). If you do not have this type of account this may be why your settings are not functioning properly.

Thanks Joe,

I found the problem! I had to add my payment email to enable the process! This is not listed in the info! Might think about adding it for the Dummies like me!

Regards,
Jim
